Ammonium persulfate is a white single crystal with a density of 1.98. It is completely decomposed at 120 ° C. When it is completely dry, it can be stored for a long time without decomposition and is not easy to absorb moisture. However, it gradually decomposes to release oxygen and ozone after absorbing moisture. Dissolve in water and decompose under heat. It has strong oxidizing properties and can be used as a chemical reagent, oxidant, bleach, deodorizer, and initiator for monomer polymerization. Polymerization: Initiator for the emulsion or solution Polymerization of acrylic monomers,vinylacetate,vinylchloride etc.and for the emulsion co-polymerization of styrene,acrylonitri le,butadiene etc

Metal treatment: Treatment of metal surfaces(e.g. in the manufacture of semiconductors;cleaning and etching of printed circuits),activation of copper and aluminium surfaces.

Cosmetics: Essential component of bleaching formulations.

Textile: Desizing agent and bleach activator - particularly for cold bleaching.
